This position reports to the Head of Investor Relations (General Manager) and is a highly visible role both internally and externally. • You will actively promote transparency and fair disclosure. • Together with Senior Management you will develop and execute an Investor Relations program and develop and execute core financial communications strategies and messages. • You will assist in the preparation, planning and distribution of investor relations documents and materials. • You will coordinate the preparation, implementation and follow-up for investor roadshows, conferences and meetings with financial analysts, institutional investors and shareholders. • You will coordinate interviews with the financial media and work to augment Adaro Energy's financial brand and position in the investment community. • Additional responsibilities include conducting ongoing market research, analyzing competitors, industry metrics and financial valuations; serving as one of the primary liaisons for day-to-day inquiries from investors and stock analysts; maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Adaro Energy's business and strategy; reporting key issues, shareholder information and market insights to executive management and making recommendations based on observations; and monitoring fluctuations in shareholder base.
