  • Melakukan mapping atas field-field yang ada pada SID dengan data warehouse Bank Panin berdasarkan wilayah / Kantor Cabang Bank Panin.
  • Mengirimkan hasil mapping ke KCU dan meminta petugas SID cabang untuk memeriksa hasil mapping serta melakukan koreksi pada aplikasi SID Bank Indonesia dan disertai dengan target date penyelesaian.
  • Meminta laporan hasil koreksi SID dan ditandatangani oleh Kepala Cabang bersama-sama dengan Wakil Kepala Cabang atau Operation Manager.
  • Mengarsip laporan hasil koreksi SID Cabang dan membandingkannya dengan hasil mapping bulan berikutnya.
  • Melakukan kontak via email atau telephone dengan petugas SID cabang terkait kesalahan pelaporan berdasarkan hasil mapping atau hasil temuan pemeriksa internal/eksternal.
  • Menyampaikan hasil review tingkat kesalahan cabang kepada atasan berikut action plannya.
  • Mengerjakan tugas lain yang disampaikan oleh atasan / Kepala Divisi.
