QA Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Investigates complaints on existing products and responds to vendor or customer.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet testing schedules.
• Provides technical and process direction to manufacturing Quality Assurance Technicians, Product Hold coordinators and Material Review Board (MRB) coordinators.
• Provides leadership, mentoring and supervision of manufacturing Quality Assurance Technicians, Product Hold coordinators and MRB coordinators.
• Develops and recommends test procedures for products and raw materials and maintains test equipment.
• Evaluate employees through performance reviews, ongoing coaching and feedback methods.
• Continuously improve performance based on the key performance indicators.
• Analyzes and resolves, or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Oversee the efficient implementation of quality standards, programs and processes to improve operational efficiencies and reduce/eliminate production waste and HOLD product.
• Train employees in SOP's and ensure training effectiveness in application of job skills
• Ensures manufacturing QA final acceptance, Product Hold and Material Review Board functions operate in compliance with Physio-Control's Quality System.
• Trains lab group on safety topics, quality procedures and business updates for the month.
• Participates in other plant teams and programs such as HACCP Team, SQF Team, and others as assigned.
• Directs and advises personnel in special test procedures to analyze components and physical properties of product materials.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of new developments, technology and processes.
• Maintains time and testing records, reporting monthly.
• Supervisor the lab technicians and quality inspectors in the plant.
• Monitors QA final acceptance, Product Hold and Material Review board performance and implements changes to improve operating efficiency.
• Develops, justifies and implements manufacturing QA process improvements.
• Compiles and analyzes test information to determine operating efficiency of process or equipment and to diagnose malfunctions.
• Aseptic product and environmental sampling techniques. Maintain plant environmental testing program. Implement and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Prepares test solutions, compounds, and reagents for use by laboratory personnel in conducting tests.
• Tests and analyzes sample products, adjusting formulas and processes based on results.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
Deliver IT solutions according to the corporate e-Business plan and also production management of the relevant business applications as per agreed service level agreement

Requirements:

• In-depth experience with JAVA

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for Tax Auditing include expatriate auditing
  2. Responsible for preparing Tax Reporting for withholding Tax PPh21, 23, 26 and submit to tax office(Collecting tax report evidence for branch).
  3. Responsible for preparing Tax Payment for withholding Tax PPh21, 23, 26 for HQ and branch thru Citibank e-tax system.
  4. Responsible for e-tax operational for W/H Tax and Corporate Tax include expatriate income tax.
  5.  Filling and make documentation related with tax matter (W/H Tax evidence, other tax evidence)
  6. Provide various tax account analysis which has impact to the accuracy of fiscal and commercial financials statements.
  7. Prepare tax reporting for corporate tax return and the necessary back up in line with current tax jurisdiction.
  8. Analysis the equalizations of PPh21 with personal expense, PPh22, PPh23, PPh26 with offshore VAT.


Requirements:
  • Male, maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree from Accounting or Tax
